In my dream she is asking me for help and it seems so real. I saw her through a window and we both smiled and ran to each other and hugged. I knew she was a ghost but I could still touch her. My sister and I were the only ones who could see her and she told me she was murdered and asked me to help her. The weird thing is that she took a shower in my dream, lol. She died in a car accident and they did suspect foul play. The second dream I had she was lying off the side of a bed upside down and said to me "your not helping me" and she looked evil. We were very close when she was alive and I miss her alot. I think about her everyday. Why would I be having these weird dreams?

She also told me that she wasn't in heaven or hell, she was in between, she said that their were others there with her, she wasn't alone.

Could be you're worried about her, feeling guilty that there may have been foul play and you havn't done enough to help solve the question.
When she took a shower in your dream this may be your desire to "clean up" her memory, to remember only the good things, to put aside the fears and suspicions about foul play around her death.
Also, dreaming of a lost friend could represent aspects of yourself that you've kept hidden. Jung called this the "Shadow self". (search on this term for more info). Seeing her upside down and looking evil suggests that you may be using her image now to represent your own shadow self. Denying aspects of yourself that you don't like in yourself does not help you or anyone else, just makes it look worse than it is.
These are suggested psychological interpretations of your dream. In addition, there could be metaphysical interpretations, in that your friend's spirit may need help. I suggest that you pray for her, and, if you know anything that could help the police solve the questions about her death, come forward with this information, no matter how trivial it may be. If it's a question of dangerous information you might want to see a counsellor or lawyer about the best way to come forward with it.

You are probably the best person to interpret your own dreams as you know yourself best, and you know if there were any unresolved issues between you and your friend. Dreams come from our subconscious and sometimes they have some connection to something that is actually happening in our lives and sometimes they have no connection at all. If you have the dream again, try to tell your friend you are sorry if there is anything you need to say "sorry" for, tell her it is ok and you will always cherish her memory, but that it is ok for her to leave now and go on to where she needs to be. Just the process of trying to do that in your dream may help. If that fails write her a letter and tell her how you feel. Have you had a chance to talk to someone about her death and to go through the steps of the grieving process yourself? If not, that might also help you. See if you can find a grief counselor in your area. Most likely you have some unresolved issues about your friend.

Our loved ones spirit can come to us after they die, absolutely. Her being upside down may have been how they foun d her in the accident. There may have been more to what they think happened. Our loved ones that have passed on are around us. Talk to your friend, tell her you want to help (if you do ) but you don't know what you can do. Then please talk to a parent or another adult about this. This must be frightening for you, you need their support.

It could be something that she is really trying to tell you, or it could just simply be that you dont want to let go of her, and think that something like foul play happend, so then you have dreams of something about it. Its definetly confusing, maybe try to find a friend or adult that you trust, and talk to them and see what they think. Good luck with trying to find out if something really is the matter = )

I think she is trying to tell you she is all right and she loves you- the spirit never dies-but you should tell her its all right to go to god and stop hanging around in between. but , it seems to me she knows how to go to the light- so i think there was foul play.
there is more to this than meets the eye, she wants it solved before she can rest in peace. This is just my sense of all this.
