Why do people feel the need to be "thumpin'" at 3 AM in my apartment complex.
I have my system I use on the open road, not when I am going to be bothering people.
every night its that long low base and its constant for like an hour, WTF, what are you people doing all night.

If the government gave me a big FEMA check. I would buy a kickin sound system for my car too.

I'm assuming that they are young people doing that. They really should know better being in an apartment complex at 3am in the morning. I'm surprised that the other neighbors are upset with that as well. I would find out who that car is coming there seeing and then ask them politely if they can have it turned down when their there, if that doesn't work then the cops. I'm saying that their young cause most older people have more respect for others. Have you talked with the manager, it's worth a try.
