I mean like i choose everything for my laptop i do not mean like dell or hp where they give you a built pc and you upgrade it on your website

Try cyberpowerpc.com, but I must warn you as I have been seeing your questions over the last few days. Laptop for $1500 or less + Oblivion = poor performance.
