Yeah, but not as you know it.

Legally, you can use software that is dubbed "IPTV" - Check out http://geo.channel4.com/player/simulcast/index.jsp and http://dynamic.abc.go.com/streaming/landing and finally http://gigaom.com/2006/12/21/first-look-venice-project/

Illegally you can use exisiting technologies such as, bit torrent to download your tv episodes. Or stream them with a flash player like: http://peekvid.com/

I use The Venice Project, and it is the best IPTV application thus far =)
