That depends on the man and the woman in question. Some men basically need to be nagged, never cleaning up after themselves even if they do something really disgusting like leaving used Kleenex around, or missing their target in the restroom. Then sometimes it is the woman's fault and no matter what you do the woman won't be happy. I think some woman heard to many fairy tales where the prince sweeps his bride off her feet.

Men consider every other talk apart from sex talk as nagging...should a woman be blamed for that? Why do men not take any initiative and do what they are expected to do? Why do men not lift their a** off of the couch and help their wives in the kitchen?? why do men procrastinate? Why do they not contribute equally in all matters? Why do men think that women are their slaves?
These are the answers that we women seek and when we ask, we are branded as "nag"...such a shame.!!

Many women don't realize they're nagging. They think they are giving advice that would be in the best interest of themselves and their partner. They don't understand that men percieve that advice as an attempt by the woman to order the man around, and men hate being bossed around (ESPECIALLY by women) so men see it as nagging.

Well it doesn't matter how the woman ask, suggest, tell you men always see it as nagging or bitching. If you do things (such as your dirty clothes and put them where they belong, take out the trash) without being told then we women wouldn't nag!

I'm a girl and I'm asking the same question. It gets some some place and others not. I prefer not to because it's a complete turn off.

Maybe if you men would control yourselves and do what you were supposed to...then maybe we wouldn't have to nag you!

they have greater sensitivity, attention to detail and perfectionism than men. Being in poor health or generally unhappy also contributes.
