I would not recommend doing that. The best solution is your dry cleaner. ;o)

I constantly have, yet there are some innovations to maintain your pillows from loosing shape or getting lumpy... ideally the right approach i think of is in a front loaders that has a gentle or maybe hand wash cycle as they are plenty greater well-off than the final loaders. yet don't be dismayed, in case you have a ultimate loader there is an exceptionally great thank you to bathe pillows: fill the device and soak the pillows end the device from agitating till you have an relatively comfortable cycle. Soak for a minimum of quarter-hour at a lukewarm temperature till chilly water wash is pronounced on the pillow tag. After soaking pass the agitation cycle and set it to spin on low velocity for a jiffy, then repeat with sparkling, chilly rinse water( returned skipping the agitation and utilising the spin of low for under as long as mandatory to do away with extra water. in case you may lay the pillow to air dry on a mesh netting in the warmth of the gentle, you will discover it helps to not basically freshen and purify your pillow even with the undeniable fact that it's going to decrease down on drying time, assume it to be damp for an afternoon or 2. this might additionally be saved removed from utilising the washer by utilising soaking in a shower or laundry basin too... yet then you certainly might could squeeze the pillow with a great absorbent towel. merely make certain which you do evade the friction, that's what turns a comfortable pillow right into a clumps of lumps. in the adventure that your pillow situation is merely the outer floor and not the fibre interior then merely wipe the outer fabric with a damp soapy textile, rinse with out postpone and hold close it on the line.

NO!!!! I clean mine by using the "dryer dry clean" kits - I don't think those are much good for much else. It fluffs up the pillow, and makes it smell great. Make sure there are no small holes in the pillow ticking though - you don't want to open the dryer bag and have an empty shell of a pillow with all the down on the inside of the bag.

Aboustly no. It must be dry cleaned. Putting it in the washer will cause the feathers inside to be destroyed. Feathers are water resistant.

Yes, but I wouldn't advise it unless it is made very well. If there are any tears in it, it will make quite a mess out of your washer and/or dryer!

You can, but your pillow will never be the same again :-( You're better off taking it to the dry cleaners...they know how to do it and you won't kill your pillow.
