could my girlfriend be pregnant if 3 months went by and she has no syptoms and has had no pain in her lower stomach and her lower stomach looks the same as the rest of her stomach could someone tell me the truth of if she is pregnant

I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 3 months, because I had no signs/symptoms. Just because you get pregnant doesn't mean that you have PAINS in your belly....and in early pregnancy, you don't show. Most women, on the first child, don't show until about 5 months along. She could very well be pregnant!!!

At 3 months she wouldn't "show", whether thin or not. If she is usually regular with her periods, she might be. Many women are not regular, so its harder to know. The best way is to take a home pregancy test and have it confirmed by a doctor.

Lets discuss. Is she having a period? Has she had unprotected sex?
Having pain in her lower stomach could be cramps, bloating, an ulcer or even just gas.

Has she missed a period? She can have no symptoms and there be no signs and be pregnant! But you cant go by any of that take a test!!

she would not have pain in her stomach if she were preggo and at 3 months most women are not showing but what do u mean no symptons???? like does she have her period? if she does then no she is not preggo but if she has not had hers for 3 months then yes she is probably

yes 3 months ...u dont even show till about 5...some Pol dont pop till 6 even ......my step mom didnt know she was pregnant till she was 6 months and she is a very slender person..and my mom went through her whole pregnancy without ne one knowing...i think pregnancy's without symptoms are just meant to Be's

only one way to find out go to her next doctors appointment. talk to the doctor. if she laying you really don't need her that is a serious thing if she lie about that she'll lie about any thing
