keep a record of what's going, i.e. a notebook, so that way you'll have evidence if you are to make a claim.

Go to the HR department and ask for a clarification of your job responsibilities. If they say that is being part of a team approach then you may not have a leg to stand on.
But keep a record of that has happened, but DO NOT put it on your computer at work. If it is too far out of line that your co-worker is demanding you could go back to HR and report her/him.

First of all don't do the things your fellow worker tells you to do unless he has been given the authority to do so by a supervisor. He may be a more experienced worker than you, so I don't see anything wrong with them showing the ropes. This is normal practice in any industry.

But if you feel you are being bullied by a fellow worker

Take it up with your union representative if you have one. never inform on your workmates to the bosses, let your union rep deal with it. that's what they are there for, to represent you.

You need to document every single incident where you believe you are being maltreated and then take that evidence your supervisor. Be prepared for an uphill battle.

You can stick up for your rights but it can be tough for you if he has a few friends that will lie with him. As far as bossing me I'd tell him where to get off. I've played the pacifist and it only gets worse. They keep taking extra liberties to see how much you are going to take.
