Do you want to commit your life to her? Do you want a baby as well? If you do the best thing is to tell her. She isn't going to be impressed when she finds out and you've been in a way 'lying' to her. Best to tell her sooner than later. You never know, you may also still get the 'crazy sex' :P

You need to tell her, for if she really wants a child she should be able to have one. If you aren't up for adoption or artificial insemination, set her free so she can fulfill he dreams of a baby. You might even be surprised and she may decide she is OK with not having children.

dude, tell her. There are times when surprises are ok (ie., Birthday surprise party, Christmas presents..). This isn't a time for surprises... Trust me.

Tell her, and offer suggestions on having children such as adoption, sperm donors, and invitro. Hopefully you can both get what you want her a child and you "crazy sex".

You should definitely tell her. She obviously really wants to be a mother and you shouldn't take that away from her. If it was me i would most definitely want to know something like that. Just to warn you, she might not want to be with you after this.
