Eating, sleeping, mating, and defending are the business of animals. Humans are meant to transcend the endless cycles of repeated birth, disease, old age, and death. We have simply forgotten what we are supposed to do, and because we have forgotten, we life an animalistic existence, working very hard to get sleep, fighting very hard to keep what we have, having sex, and satisfying our stomachs. We have been given the intelligence to raise our consciousness and awareness to a level that allows us to escape this animalistic existence, and obtain our original, non-material existence.
