You didn't say if the fuel pump works, just because it makes a noise it doesn't mean that it's working, what was the fuel pressure.Have you checked the fuses for the injection system, star by getting a test light and checking all of the fuses, with the key on,replace any blown fuses and see what happens you can always ask for the next step on this site if they don't cure the problem

If you are getting fuel all the way up to the schrader valve ( the thing that looks like a valve stem on a bycicle tire) and it is still not getting to the injectors, then your fuel preasure regulator is bad. Its the round dish looking device with a vacumm line going to it located on the fuel rail. Good luck.

bleed the fuel out of the lines and unhook..blow air through, maybe a chunk of filter got lodged in there... where is the fuel not getting to where did you check it at.. at the engine, filter..where??... if its a GM im not sure about others there is a schrader valve (like a valve stem on a tire) on the fuel rail you can depress with a screwdriver but make sure you stay clear it will spray fuel all over.

Would need to know make model and year. Did it recently run out of fuel? Was it involved in a crash (even a little one)? What octane fuel do you use?
