A fictional character. Years ago (when the show was popular), I went the urgent care clinic. The doc who saw me looked very young. I made some comment about Doogie Howser that I thought was funny....he didn't!

doogie was fictional for tv. what is scary there could be a doogie out there in a hospital somewhere that could be only 12-15 yrs of age.
