where can it be, where in their body is the heart?

Their heart is above the stomach, just like your heart. Exact position varies somewhat by species.

However, unlike your 4-chambered heart, snakes have a 3-chambered heart. Also, their heart rate varies with the temperature of their body. When they are cold, it can be very slow.

About 1/3 of the way along the animals' body. On larger snakes you can sometimes feel it, if you have a sensitive touch. Snakes also only have one lung.
