Does anyone know any good online roleplay games, I'm not looking for a specific one, like dragon or something but just a very vague one where you can make you own topics, I can't find any and I like the roleplaying because it helps my writing skill and really relievers stress. I'm not looking for one based on a specific game though, I already know about hexrpg and such. And I don't mean one with actual charactars like furcadia but one with forums.

I mean the roleplaying when you pretend to be a different charactar other than you are and so do others..

Try Gaia Online. Depending on what sort of roleplays you enjoy, there is likely something for everyone. The site caters to the younger crowd (13-17), but has a large enough number of older members. There is also several guilds that have literate roleplay. Send me a message if you want more information.

Try chat room rps. The Y! chat in Y! messenger, within the games section, there's rp rooms. They used to be awesome, but when in August of 05 Yahoo closed user rooms, it was a mortal blow to the rp on Yahoo. Hardly anyone does it anymore, but you can find some people to rp in IM with. Also, MSN, AIM, and IRC have some good chat rp I hear.
