How long does it take before someone who is well known in answers fades away and is forgotten?

It depends on the person, their uniqueness and whatever set them apart from the rest.
I won't give names but some will always be remembered by many whilst others will just fade to oblivion.

You've been brainwashed to believe there is nothing after death and there is no God. But just ask yourself this question. Why is there something instead of nothing? How could the universe possible create itself from nothing. All scientists will at least agree that the universe had a beginning and they believe the big bang created everything, but how can nothing create everything? Its physically impossible. If you look at a painting, you know there was a painter. If you look at a building, you know there was a builder. You know these things because you can see the results of the creation. So when you see the world, you know it had to have had a creator. But you've been brainwashed (either by other athiests or yourself) to believe that all this exists and there was no creator. But if there was no creator and nothing somehow made everything (which is impossible) then why would that nothingness make everything? It doesnt make sense. There MUST be a creator to create everything. Now finding out who that creator is is something else. I believe the bible because of all the prophecies that have come true and all the knowledge of men back then that they could not have known. In the book of Job and the book of Isaiah it tells us the world is round. These were books written 2000 years before scientists "discovered" the world was round. God also told Job that everything is made of things that can not be seen. It wasnt until about 100 years ago that scientists discovered cells and atoms and all sort of things that can not be seen with the naked eye. How could a man would lived 2500+ years ago know these things and know them at a time when men thought the world was flat and had no concept of things like atoms and cells and such? There are really alot of bad Christian teachers out there though that will give you bad information. That is probably why you crossed them off. But like I said. If there was no Creator, then why would all this exist? why would nothingness suddenly appear? It doesnt make sense that way. Only an eternal Creator that exists outside time & space(like the bible says) could have created the universe.

If you are referring to yourself, I think you have quite a few friends
on here that won't forget you. Why, are you going somewhere?
There are people like yourself, Natalie, JudasRabbi, Fireater,
Siren and others that are quite well known and everytime you
take a break from YA , someone will ask about any of you. Its
too quiet when any of you are gone and boring I might add. All of
you perk up this section of YA.
The rest of us can come and go and it won't be noticed but any of
you take a break and everyone notices. I think thats nice and shows good thoughts of all of you.

Apparently not very long. I remember quite a few people myself like Lottie and McAtterie, Marianne_not_Ginger and Monitorhead's Dyson, I saw Wiley when he came back and then disappeared again, I miss Ichi, and Basketcase came back over the weekend....I remember some of those great people. When they come back on occasion I get all giddy :)

And I miss you of course, I miss you a ton, but I know where to find ya ;)
