The previous answer is correct, but I think it introduces some difficulty in its explanation to you. Try this:

1. Remove the square root by raising everything to a power of 2.

s^2 = 36k^2 (b/h)

2. Divide both sides of the equation by 36k^2

s^2/36k^2 = b/h

3. Now, multiply both sides of the equation by h/1

hs^2/36k^2 = b

divide by 6k

s/6k=sqrt(b/h)

square both sides

s^2/36k^2=b/h

multiply by h

hs^2/36k^2=B

Check for extraneous solutions (one's that don't really exist, just check solutions)
