No, but it hinders proper circulation and is as uncomfortable as hell!

Actually, going around bra-less on a dialy basis, for years and years will make your boobs go saggy quicker than someone who supports their breasts with good, clean, well-fitting bras.

Wearing a comfortable, soft bra to bed (ones made especially for that) will not hurt your breasts. Tell your friend she's wrong.

No, actually it would help them from getting saggy (bras support your breasts), it's just sleeping in them is uncomfortable. Have you ever noticed how some of the gals, from the hippie time, when they did not wear bras? they have saggyer boobs than thier older mothers!!!

I used to sleep with my bra and my boobs are perfectly fine lol. Besides it being uncomfortable, there are no real side effects; but many people will tell you to not sleep with a bra on.

To be honest with you, do whatever feels most comfortable to you.

the purpose of a bra is to provide support so your boods dont sag.

So no. Sleeping in a bra doesnt make them sag, if anything it helps avoid it.

No, I think it's just the opposite. Your boobs will probably always be perky because you always wear a bra.
