Well, it really depends on the integrated video card. Since there are a lot more modern ones right now. However, they are still no match for even midrage video cards right now.

It COULD play the game (The game isn't released yet by the way.) but even if it did probably it will be very slow unless you change your video card.

No. Most on-board video cards do NOT play 3d games. You have to a normal video card (agp or PCI-E) and a slot for it.
