my cars engine light use to come on when i start the car but it dissapears quickly after it runs for a few seconds and then it stopped after i got my oil changed but just recently, the car would start very well but after a few minutes the engine light would come on and the car would shake very badly and it wont go away and its not my oil because i checked it and it looks good and teh mounts very sturdy still. anyone know whats going on? any answers welcome other than "go take it to the mechanic" personal experience preferred

Ok bud you need to take it to a mechanic,not unless you have friends that have 4000$ scanners in their glove boxes,it could be a lot of things it could be an engine sensor failure it could be ignition problems,or both,I am a mechanic I seen people spend hundreds of dollars repairing problems based on bad advice,get an expert to look at it,only spend money when you have to and make sure you get what you pay for

if ur engine light is on then its a sensor of some sort take it to an autoparts store and usually they will read the codes for free and give u a starting point
to reset the codes and turn the light off disconnect the negitive side of the battery for a minute and re connect and this will reset the computer

convey it to a nissan dealership, and performance them examine the mild. yet also note that the checker element you acquire is probable incorrect about that. So get the mild and the engin checked. yet earlier u attempt this examine the oil and observe if thats low. even if that's throw some better in, and plus the oil may basically be undesirable.

Check for a vacuum leak or the EGR valve stuck open.

Have a good friend check it for you. I did the same thing. My friend was great.

maybe your O2 Sensor is going

it sounds like your fuel filter might be clogged or your fuel pressure regulator is going out.
