No, it will not help you get pregnant quicker. However, it IS important to start taking prenatal vitamins (and eating right) even before you get pregnant. Check out FertilityFriend.com- it helped me learn a LOT about charting and trying to conceive, learning my own cycles, etc. If you're trying to conceive, good luck to you! :o)

Nope, just help you to feel better and your body cope better due to your nutrients neing drained to other areas :) Also certain things (folic Acid) help prevent birth defects. Just take a minimum of 400mcg of folic acid everyday you start trying to get pregnant and unless you have a super poor diet where you are not getting the vitamins you need, stay away from the prenatals as they make most women nausous which obviously wont help in your first trimester. Good luck!

No. But having sex 7-14 days after you period does. And if you and your partner reduce the amount of times that you have sex you can "save up" the sperm for when you are ovulating. Oh if you get the clear egg white discharge you are ovulating.

They make your environment more conducive to the healthy survival of the ovum and resulting baby when you do get pregnant.
