i need to know sum advantages and disadvantages of working in groups

advantages:
1) if you mess up, someone has your back
2)if you dont know sumthing, someone in the group might
3)new friends
4)more overall knowlege
5)esier to do somehing if u have ppl to help you
6)when you get a good grade, youll ahve someone to high five and celebratte with
7)you can divide the work (less for you to do)
8) you have an exuse to come over each others houses

Disadvantages:
1) different peaple might want to do the project on different topics
2) different ways of doing things
4) you have to depend on someone ele, cous if they mess up, ull have to pay for it
5)lots of arguments
6) might make small mistackes (ex- u use cm. and they use inches) whick can screw up the whole project
7)someone will try to take controll and tell everyone else what to do, and that will be anoying
8) when somebody tries to stop that person , there will be a fight
9) disagreements over who will do what

Advantages:
1.) "two heads are better than one" cliche that allows options and often new thinking on a project.
2.) teaches you patience, good listening skills, organizational skills, tolerance, fairness and compromise
3.) teaches you how to work with people of different backgrounds, nationalities and personalities to accomplish the same goal.
4.) If anyone in the group is a "lightweight" the entire group can usually rise to the ocassion, work together and still get a great grade for everyone.


Disadvantages:
1.) "Too many cooks in the kitchen spoils the pudding" cliche that can wreak havoc in a group if no one takes the lead to control the direction or discussion.
2.) can lead to confusion, diversions from what needs to be accomplished, disagreements that can go unresolved.
3.) lack of cooperation on everyone's part to do their equal share of the work, research, etc.
4.) If someone in the group is purposely sabotaging the efforts of the rest of the group, you ALL suffer the consequences...
