Even though it will never happen because he has another show, and is in the new Rocky movie - I loved Jess with Rory. Yes, he was a bad boy, but was intellectually much more in tune with her than the others.
I felt sorry for Max when Lorelai dumped him - especially the way she did it. She and Luke belong together - they always have. She just needs to settle down and be happy with Luke. She's always been too anxious to jump into bed with someone else whenever she's mad at him.

That's funny I feel the same. For Rory Dean was like to mean to her and Jess wasn't reliable. For Lorelai I used to be so happy that she was with Chris (cuz I hated what Luke did at the end of Season 6 and I hate Max and Jason.) But now I actually would vote Luke cuz he seems nicer and Chris is like all mean to her.

I vote Jess. They have the most in common. I agree with you on Luke though.

I loved Dean... thought he was such a sweetheart.
