With sufficient logic morality is clear, this is the basis if Confucian doctrine. However few Americans have the time, training, or reasoning to walk safely down that path. So in response they either hold to a predetermined set of rules that ban most human intimacy, but allow the most horrendous theft torture and abuse, or set their own path, and learn the problems with it after, or worse decide that there are no rules, and do anything they can get away with, and perhaps a few things they cannot.
The Worst people of all have decided that there are no rules but that they should con everybody else into following rules, to both hide their own depravity, and make others suckers they can exploit.

We draw the line anywhere we want. We make illogical laws based on morality if we want or we erase the morality with logical reasoning if we want. There are laws which are based on both and there is no consistency when we will be more moral than logical or vice versa.

Morality and logic are often at odds with each other, and often both are disregarded altogether. One man's "morals" are another man's hate. One man's logic is another's nonsense.
We should fuse the line together before committing to war or any other grandiose schemes.

The death penalty is there to no longer homicide all and sundry yet grow to be put in position in order that that they could protect innocuous people hostile to the most poor criminals and their crimes, there are some those who've no common sense or sense of excellent and incorrect and for this reason haven't any authentic theory or common sense to restrict them from committing the crime back, except for the death penalty. notwithstanding, with that being reported i do no longer truly totally consider the death penalty because the folk who serve the justice equipment (those who assemble evidence, attorneys, police officials, judges or maybe jurors) are in trouble-free words following their human instincts and what's given in the way of information and arguments to think about someone accountable or no longer and no remember how careful they are there is under no circumstances one hundred % accuracy, there'll always be human blunders deliberately and accidentally. now and again someone who's discovered accountable of homicide years later is shown to be innocuous and in the experience that they were to get the death penalty earlier being shown innocuous then we've only killed an innocuous human being and for this reason we grow to be murders too.

Two different terms.
Morality is a social requirement (or invention) and logic is the brain in action. If morality overrun the logic, we are in problems.
