True and False. Dissent is OK if you have a solution to a problem that is effecting the entire country. Remember, our founding fathers were full of it. Dissent that is.
It is kind of like a complaint and a *****. When you issue a complaint, you also give a solution. When you *****, you talk only to hear your own voice and you do not solve anything.
