I have a 91 300zx N/A and i've had some trouble in the pass when it jerked around 5000rpms but i did the timing belt change and change the #3 injector cuz it was misfiring, it ran perfect, now its giving the same problem but when i touch the crank angle sensor the engine dies and if i keep touching it with the engine off i hear a noise coming below the intake manifold.

A cracked distributor cap will cause this to happen. It's way to early to start thinking about crankshaft sensors. Start with checking the fuel system and then move on to checking for spark at each plug. If you want to start by replacing the distributor cap, get a new rotor as well.

Have a professional mechanic check it all out for you. It might turn out to be something that you can fix on your own. Sometimes it pays in the long run to have someone do it for you.
