this is a very stupidity by myself i shouldve never done it i went on some nasty sites that i shouldnt of whent on how do you get those sites off ur computer i need some help please im only 13 oh my god if i dont get those sites off of my computer im dead meat i need some help please i know what i did was wrong i just need some help to get it off my computer for good and i will never do it again please and thank you

Go into history and delete them all. Click View-Explorer Bar-History

Empty your temporary internet files and all cookies. Delete your history files. Make sure you run spybott or Lavasofts Adaware after you do.

Install Spyware Blaster and Ad-Aware SE = both for free. Then scan and remove all cookies.
