No.
Hearsay is only admissible during a grand jury hearing to determine whether there is enough evidence to issue an indictment.

No not a chance never ever, never ever happen hearsay alone!

But it does because our government and evil politicians have taken over and imposed more and more laws on WE THE PEOPLE so that we cannot do anything with out it being a crime.

It is a disgusting usa we live in now a days, very sad, an evil place where corporate and financial gain is what dictates everything ........MONEY runs it all from prisons for profit (that is why we have so many laws to fill up the prisons) to corrupt corporations bleeding the family ideal to death.

Yes, I do believe so. There are exceptions to the Hearsay Rule. Not all "hearsay" is inadmissable, nor should it be.
