I can only assume that you're talking about the sticky part. If it were me, I'd try nail polish remover. It's hard to answer for sure, because I'm just so interested in how the duct tape got there in the first place. Nail polish remover works wonders -- not a lot different than "goof off," or paint thinner. (If nail polish remover doesn't work, then I'd move on the the "Goof Off." It comes in a little can and breaks up that sticky stuff so that you can scrub it away.) Good luck!

Peel it off. Duct tape isn't permanent. If you're getting snow and other freezyness right now, wait until it melts of course. If not, you can get the tape wet and then peel for extra ease.

Goo-gone, believe me, use Goo-gone. You just peel off the tape and the Goo-gone will take up the left over glue. If you can't peel up the tape, put the Goo-gone over it and wait just a bit, it's miraculous. You can buy it at the grocery store.

Go and rent one of those 3000 PSI Pressure washers at Home Depot, that will just about remove anything from cement!

..just rip it off. But if it's glued or the driveway was being re-done and it was still sticky, then you might have to use soap or maybe acetone.
