Depends...how long have you been trying? Dont get discouraged no matter what!!! I was told by many doctors that i couldnt get pregnant due to me having been born with Autoimmune Hepatits. Me and my husband have been trying for 2 years and finally gave up and where considering adoption. My periods are NEVER regular but everytime i thought it was late id take a hpt and get disappointed. So this time when it was over 2 months late...yet again i thought nothing of it, i had phenemonia, and i thought that was making me feel nasueated all the time. My hubby asked me to take a hpt, i agreed just to shut him up, took it and it was POSITIVE!!! Went to the dr and sure enough i was 8 weeks pregnant. NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD HAPPEN!!! But here i am now 12 weeks. Miracles happen everyday sweetie so never give up hope, best of luck to you... and some advice... dont try to hard... when you stop trying for things thats when it seems to happen lol

Here is what my doc told me when I was trying to get pregnant. Your reproductive system (ovaries) slow down, and may not release any eggs if your blood sugar levels are higher (this doesn't mean diabetic...cause I am not diabetic....). She told me to cut down on my sugar and starch intake. I did, and I am giving birth to my daughter tomorrow!!! Everyone's body is different, but it worked for mine....Good Luck.
