what can I do if 3 out of 4 rings are red on the ring of light on the 360?

when i start up the 360, 3 out of 4 red lights are showing. on xbox.com it says hardware problem. is there anything i can do or do i need to send it for repairs?

Check to make sure all the connections are tight on the back of the 360. Also you can try unplugging, wiping off, and replugging them to see if you get an effect. Otherwise the only option is to call microsoft and have them ship you a kit to send it in a get it fixed.
