flock webbrowser??

i just read abou it on photobucket.com (if you dont know what im talking about go to photobucket.com and sign in. then click up load more, click it again [i think its only twice, if not, lcik it again], then click 'or try flock')
has anybody used it? is it good? is it safe to download?

Never used it but, yes, it is safe to download. I've heard some good things about it plus the Flock website tests out as being SAFE using McAfee's SiteAdvisor.
