Even though I still do many stupid things now (scaled down now, of course), I did LOTS more when I was 12 and 13. While reading my old journals, I was filled with a dull hate for myself because of my stupidity, ignorance, and immaturity... However, there is no point for my hating myself, so I got over it... But it's a good reality check to reflect on ones past once in a while.

I did a lot of seriously stupid things when I was younger, but not nearly as many as I *wanted* to, thank heavens. If I'd done everything I thought about doing...I wouldn't have made it to adulthood.

There's no reason to hate yourself, or for anyone to hate themselves for being immature when they were children. Maturity can only come with experience & being an adolescent is a big part of the learning process.

That's when you really learn right & wrong & who you want to be. And I think you're pretty fabulous as a person, so you learned your lessons very well.

Stupidity, ignorance and immaturity are all a part of being 12 & 13. Hate is a wasted emotion, especially when directed toward yourself. The only possible outcome is self-destruction. I promise you will again look back 10 years down the road and be tempted to make the same comments about your behaviors today. It's a part of life. We live. We learn. We hopefully grow wiser and in turn make better choices. I know I did many stupid things when I was younger. Some I wish I could take back but some not because they helped me become the person I am today - stronger & wiser. I'm sure I have many more stupid moments ahead of me. This time though I hope they will not be as destructive based on the lessons I've learned from the past. Don't dwell on the past, just learn from it, move on & let it go. If you continue with feelings of self-hate that will be your regret 10 years down the road.

Oh, I SO did so many stupid things! I don't think I finished that until I was past 30! And even in my 30s I did some stuff I now look back on and go 'what was I thinking!' And 10 years from now I'll be doing that, too. I'm thinking there are some things I don't grow out of!

Yes, I did stupid, dangerous, money wasting, life altering things, and still never got the attention I was subconsiously seeking. At least I got it out of my system, I'm pretty responsible now.

We ALL do stupid things when we are young. The question is not "how many stupid things you did", but "did you learn lessons from those stupid things?". Don't hate yourself for the stupid things, be grateful you've moved past them.

i replaced into at my Mommom's living house, and she or he has this telephone, notwithstanding it is also a mini-piano. the actual telephone piece is the right, and the numbers are the keys. at the same time as not plugged in, it performs as a piano, yet at the same time as plugged in, it truly works as a telephone. So besides, i replaced into taking section in round with it, urgent truly random buttons, without understanding it replaced into plugged in. i need to of by coincidence dialed 9-a million-a million, because about one minute after i ended taking section in with it, 3 cop automobiles arrived on the living house. They were yelling at my Mommom declaring such issues as, "do not you recognize we should be saving genuine lives immediately?" As I concealed in my Mommom's mattress room closet, petrified of the officials, I felt very answerable for leaving my Mommom downstairs!
