I'm not quite sure what kind of stain it is, but i'm pretty sure its not dirt.

First try like house hold dish soap..and dab it on n rub..then maybe oxy clean..or contact ugg

Throw them out. (Sorry, that was my hatred of UGGs coming out...)
In all seriousness, first try cold water. Using a washcloth, try to rub it off. If that doesn't work, add OxyClean. That gets ANYTHING out. (It got months-old pizza grease out of a shirt for me.) Make a paste from water and Oxy Clean, let it sit on the stain for awhile, then rub in. Repeat as necessary and rinse thoroughly.

I would try something made for suede, because water can leave a mark too.
