Try again, hon. In English, and with some spelling we can follow. And, discuss the problem that is going on... otherwise, no one can figure out the issue. Read some of the other questions to give you hints on how this is done.

An attorney is always a good idea, even if the divorce can be mediated.
An attorney can lay out the probability of a certain event's outcome in court, and 2 rational persons can make decisions from that information.
HOWEVERE, there are RARELY 2 "rational" individuals, when going through a divorce. I don't understand why, but it seems one or the other jumps off the "deep end" upon knowing they are to get separated.
A person you thought you knew, will turn completely into something else, Always MUCH worse than they were.
I lived it, I know. I am living it, I know.

Your question is unclear. It sounds like her husbands is taking the word of others that his wife is cheating or something and that he has a Private Investigator on the case. And your friend is heartbroken. Are those more or less the facts?
If so, there is a major trust problem on the part of the husband. I do think there ought to be contact with a marriage counselor, but also your friend should see a lawyer on the side.

Obviously there is a problem with communication between the two. If he doesn't want a divorce they need to seek martial consueling before it gets worse.

Maybe you should mind your own business, or at least if you want some suggestions as to what to do, please outline the question a bit more clearly.
On the other hand, let your friend tell us what the problem is.

tell her that theree are abuses that are mental as well as physical and she is being emotionally abused whether she realizes it or not. The longer she stays with this jerk, the longer it will be until she finds someone who gives her the love this guy is not giving her
