BIOS are not easy to make. You'd have to ask the manufacturer of the motherboard anyway for permission to resell something that you've modified greatly, which probably will require you to pay royalties.

I once wanted to learn how to do this, like you. Then I realized that there's no way one person can make this.
If you just want to make cases and BIOS, you should probably get an engineer to make a blueprint of the case, build a machine to mass produce the cases, and then buy all the metal.
Learn some assembly for the BIOS, although I hear it is tough.
Then you are going to have to convince people to buy your computer.
Give up.

Um Yeah. First you'll need a hammer to pound out the steel to form the case.
Next you'll have to atend four years of college plus graduate courses in Electronics Engineering with a specific concentration in Digital Electonics.
Followed by another 4 years in programming and Operating System design.
Than you'll need to study Business and get investors to produce capital.

take a sheetmetal class and you will need some pretty advanced training im sure to learn how to code a bios ...and thatvaries by board and manufacturer ... so you would almost have to pick 1 brand and get to know it intimately to be able to code a good bios for it ...

You're talking about having different Bachelor degrees, computer, programming, engineering, etc. Just to name a few (or at least know as much-one example: programming in assembly).
Now if you want to modify cases, different story....

Right. If you are asking people on Yahoo Answers how to do that, you definitely shouldn't do it. Incompetence can cause a lot of problems.
