After pondering the whole bunch I could think of--I would think Hillary Clinton is by far the worst. She should be in jail for her Arkansas capers years ago. She could tragically end up the President--sad.

Personally I would think Pol Pot was the worst as he killed his own people . But its a coin toss - mad men seem to have been all through history.

Pol Pot declares 'Year Zero' and directs a ruthless program to "purify" Cambodian society of capitalism, Western culture, religion and all foreign influences in favour of an isolated and totally self-sufficient Maoist agrarian state. No opposition is tolerated.
An estimated 1.5 million are worked or starved to death, die of disease or exposure, or are summarily executed for infringements of camp discipline.

Saddam's estimated victim total is at least 300,000 people of his own country men/women.

Vlad the Impaler was no way a kind ruler - he had 30,000 merchants impaled in the city of Brasov. No one was immune from these horrors - men, woman, children, lords and ambassadors from foreign powers were all reported to have died at his hand.

Agree with plenty above.
First choice in ultimate scumminess: HITLER= WORST
then Osama, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Slobodan Milosevic, Adolp Eichmann, Joseph Goebbels, Rudolp Hess, etc. Gosh- there have been some awful people in this world!

Stalin.
Kill more people than Hitler
Wasted unkown number of people in WWII thrown human waves at the Germans.
Read about Stalingrad.
Did believe in any human rights.
Still consider the hero of communism.

Yet you won't find any movies that demonize him like Hitler or Christians or anyone else.

He gets a big pass by Hollywood for reasons I don't know or want to understand.

the nameless person who invented and practiced "the human slaves and slavery machine" -- not only these people suffered tremendously and their names lost in history but the practice inflicted an untold human degradation on the human psyche. I do not have a name --but he/she is known to historians of this barbaric practice. The name "slavery" is not yet erased from the humanity map -- slavery of children, of women in prostitution and many other direct or indirect practices. Even in the animal kingdom we do not see such "slavery". Case not closed, question not answered directly but this is it -- as a reminder that not all "worst person" have a historical name.

Gotta be a major TIE between:

King Herod, Idi Amin, Saddam and Paris Hilton.

EACH of them has been solely or mainly responsible for destroying ... people, and ... their culture.

My former boss. What a son of a *****.

First, the incompetent jerk screwed over a lot of good people to cover up for his stupidity. Then he literally screwed one of his subordinates and left his wife and kids for her.

What a scum!
