I was going to say Doink the Clown, but I changed my mind because at least he was able to get over with the fans when he was a heel. My vote would have to be Red Rooster. He was played by Terry Taylor (the poor, poor man). He wore red tights and had the worst looking mohawk I've ever seen and moved around the ring like a rooster.
