Do they actualy work in helping you breath better thru your nose?

The color doesn't effect the performance.

They do allow you to take in more air through your nose, but they also gave ma a headache. The only way to find out if they'll work for you is to try them.

It is believed that the black strip will reduce the glare from the lights or the sun. It is supposed to attract the light to the strip and away from they eye. It works to an extent but not 100 percent. It has also become a fashion statement among younger players.
