There are no legal programs out there unless you are going to pay for the music. Otherwise, it's considered "pirating" music-and you can be seriously punished/fined/jailed/sued for that. My personal favorite is iTunes, they have millions of songs, and its only 99 censt a song. The download is free, and you don't have to have an iPod to use it. Plus, iTunes runs really well on any Windows (or Mac) machine. Another choice is Napster, but there are more restrictions on the music you download from Napster. Hope this helps. :]

people who create and make song assume so you might pay for it and carry on with their copyright. loose isn't area of their income image. besides, in case you upload to Youtube with a copyrighted song, that's going to likely be deleted besides.

none are legal...you have to pay for music or risk gettin in some big trouble for copy right infringement
