I have PCOS and there are sooo many different symptoms and the symptoms are different for everyone. Usually, the main symptoms are irregular period, or none at all, weight problems, excess hair growth( everywhere you don't want it), insulin resistance. The list goes on and on. If you see a gyno, they will do test to see if you have it. Usually ppl with PCOS have many cysts on their ovaries.

women get cysts on their ovaries all the time. Usually they clear themselves up.

Severe cramps during your period is a sign of cysts. Its a vague sign though.

PCOS is something different from just having a cyst on your ovary.

You really cant know without seeing your doctor and having an ultrasound.

I went to the doctor cos i had hair growing on me left, right n centre.. also had heavy periods..

My doctor sent me straight for a bloode test and then i had to see a specialist... you dont need the cysts to have PCOS..

Go see a gynocologist and they can do a test. You would have lots of pain as well.
