My wife who does not work, claims that I do not take her out, shehas 3 children ages 13,10 & 6 , she threw my personal belongings. out side and refused me entry into the house. I called the Police and removed.
She now sue for divorce. How much do I have to give her and do I have to maintain her. I will maintain my children. She is never satisfied with whatever I do for her. She quarrels non stop when I am home, does so more when her relatives are around, some times I feel helpless. i m highly qualified in my field and have alot of mental pressure from my work. I work hard because I want my self and family to live happy and independent as a result of my efforts that i make now. Please help I am confused. Sometimes I feel like surrendering the project and go work for a salary. I give her every single cent I work for. She demands the little drawbacks iget sometimes.

You deserve so much better.
If she threw my stuff out, she would not have had to worry about filing for divorce, I would have filed for her the next morning.
If you have not done so already, please do so. SInce you do not have a steady income, she will get considerably less than she thinks.
Better you get a divorce now BEFORE your project is complete rather than get one after when she will get half of all you have worked so hard to attain.
She does not sound like a WIFE! Wife is a VERB
it means loving kindness and support when things are not perfect.
She is NOT a wife so you should make yourself an ex husband.
If she wants to show off to her family, that is the next man's problem.
GOOD LUCK on your project!
p.s. you probably would not be under as much stress if you had someplace LOVING to relieve it!
GET RID OF THAT BYTCH yesterday!!!!!!!!

The first thing you need to do is to consult a divorce attorney before anything else and start to document what expenses you have. The court will decide how much money you would have to give her in a divorce for her and the children depending upon several things - are they also your children or hers from a previous marriage, for example. A divorce will cost you a lot of money but if she is getting every cent you make now, you may stil be better off getting rid of her! Get an attorney and talk to him or her relative to laws in your area as soon as you can!!

You need to calm down and then talk things out with your wife.

You're a workaholic. No fun to be married to a guy like you. The very thing you are working for you are destroying. And without her, you might as well forget all this crap you're striving for.

The woman wants some time with you. Wake up man.

If she threw you sh!t out, she might just be trying to get your attention. If you can save this, I would. Get a job where you'll have more time with your wife and kids. Don't throw away your marriage over whatever it is that you're chasing. It won't bring happiness.

A woman who wants to spend time with you is a good thing. Don't throw it away. You need to talk to her and let her know that you're willing to make time for her.

She can divorce you for whatever reason she pleases. What you have to pay depends on the laws in your state. Typically you will have to pay child support for your biological or adopted children. You may have to pay alimony or spousal support if you have been married for over 10 years and you have an unfair economic advantage over her earning potential. But normally spousal support is only for a certain amount of time unless extenuating circumstances exist.
