Absolutly. Nothing in the international accords saying it isn't. But the real deal is, even if it was illegal, what would happen? Nothing. Iraq was breaking international sanctions left and right and the UN did nothing, just like they're doing nothing about Darfur. But once again, yes, the Iraq war is legal

Probably not, but in all reality what can be done about it?
Traditionally the way to punish a country for violating international law is economic sanctions. (essentially boycotting their products) But no one is going to stop buying American products. Hollywood movies, Pop music, jeans, coke, Computers, McDonald's... These are all things that the world loves! (even if they hate us for being the ones that supply them). So boycotting American products would hurt the rest of the world just as bad as it would hurt the US.

nicely, Dubya SAYS so, so it must be, or so he says in his govt orders. As for the structure, it says in trouble-free words CONGRESS can declare conflict, and that i have not all started to be sure some thing Congress has achieved to declare conflict and when you consider that this concern has no longer lengthy previous earlier the ideally suited courtroom, the point is moot till it DOES and the ideally suited courtroom makes a decision. till then, Dubya's govt orders carry the burden of regulation. i do no longer recognize in case you are able to stretch issues to comprise oil and Israel. Terrorist us of a? you should teach evidence to back up those claims. notwithstanding, apparently Dubya and his minions DID stretch the reality somewhat on the WMD's...

Ive been told that Bush is in violation of several international laws, but mind you, my source is the mainstream media and staunch Bush haters (like me). I cannot verify anything along those lines.

Which international laws? Cite examples and explain in detail. When Clinton was wasting missiles on empty tents no one complained about that.

Sure the U.N. authorized it and it was done after Saddam ignored U.N. resolutions for 12 years. Clinton even attacked janitors in Iraqi government buildings with cruise missles. I didn't hear anyone questioning the legality of that.
