WHAT DRIVES PEOPLE TO TYPE LIKE THIS? It bugs the piss out of me

That's usually Junior High or Highschoolers. I don't know why they do that but it annoys me too. You most likely will not find someone older doing that. I only do it if I want to make my answer louder...like if I'm really shouting something and exclamation points don't do the trick.

Some troubled teenagers looking for attention on the Internet do it THIS WAY on websites like this instead of risking being stalked by predators in chat rooms.
