is super fun to be around -- either together or in a crowd
has similar goals and desires
is uniquely 'herself'
would be a wonderfull wife, lover, mother ... and friend ... for life.
Not many guys or gals are blessed with finding their "whole package" ... CONGRATS if it has happened to any of YOU!

It means she has all the features the person considers valuable. Usually that's looks and a personality he likes, although some people add intelligence or a sense of humor, or even spirituality, to the total.
