English is not my mother language. However, I speak English very well. My problem is with appreviatons. For example, I was in the middle of a discussion betwen me and one of our international client. He mentioned those terms that I should provide before he could sign the agreement.
Can u tell me meanings of them?

Certificate of Origin -- a certificate provided by the vendor to establish the country of origin for a product for customs & duty processing

SGS Certificate - the company SGS certifies that products, systems or services meet the requirements of standards set by governments (e.g. GOST R), standardisation bodies (e.g.ISO 9000) or by SGS customers. SGS also develops and certifies its own standards.
