Quite a sexist question. Men get married every day. Men are involved with their children, and love and support their wives. Certainly, some men are low life scum, but that isn't a condition reserved only for the males of our species. Perhaps, for some reason, it's just that the men you've been involved with are poor examples of men. But, that begs the question- Why are you getting involved with men that don't want commitment? Are you attracted to "bad boys", or "pretty boys", or just guys that like to party? Usually, women that complain about guys not wanting to commit, are the same women that pick guys that aren't likely to commit.

They are afraid of vicious women who use men. Women who love nothing more than to suck all the money they can out of a man and give little or nothing in return. They don't commit because they see something that could be a potential problem for them. I would rather have someone who is choosey rather than someone who isn't. I've seen more of my friends be those vicious women than not.

The same things that stops women from committing. (Yes, you gals do it too...)

They are afraid they might 'miss out' on other opportunities (ie, other partners). They worry that it may be the end of their social lives and that they'll have to stop hanging out with their friends. In their head, they see it a HUGE change in their lifestyle, and humans don't always deal with change well.
