I think everybody thinks they are different from other people, but artists exploit that (in a good way)

I'm a writer, but I don't consider myself an artist. Artists do perceive the world and their surroundings differently and the difference is that they have the ability to turn their conclusions and thoughts into art. They're more sensible and more aware of things and emotions that other people easily overlook. They not only perceive things differently, but they also exploit the ways they react to the world in a different way.

I think artists view things in a way that others don't. Because of their artistic ability, they are able to express how they view the world through their art. That's what makes them gifted.

I think so. Artists have a burning need to be creative at all times. I wish there were more artists on YA.

As an artist, I'd say my thoughts can be on a differen't level than people who are not artists. I'm a little weird though...

yes. one who is into music is wired differently than one who is into painting as is one who is into managing a bank. there are some that are good at many aspects of life but those that excel in one area over another usually think differently than the crowd...like you

What I do can be considered an art and sometimes it's not classified as art.....
