I found an article on-line (it's a PDF file, I opened it with Adobe) that I need to print but I don't need the full article and I also need to make changes to it before I print but it won't let me. What would I do to the file in order to make changes. Can I export it into Word or something like that? I know it's probably something really simple, but right now I can't think. Help.

you can't unless you purchase an editor - thats why its in a PDF format. the author puts it in PDF format so people like you can't change it.

try this site to edit a PDF file you need a PDF editor.

You need an adobe editor like the full Adobe Acrobat Standard or Pro before you can make edits like that

If you click on the print icon in the Adobe window, a printer dialog box comes up that allows you to put in page ranges to print. You could also copy and paste into Word, but that would cause the document to lose all of its formatting. That makes it look really messy.

the mission is you're scanning it in incorrect. I guess you purely pushed experiment on the scanner and also you had by some skill set the default to make PDF information. so as it really is precisely what you acquire. you want to open Paint software of a few variety, do "acquire" from interior, then it would want to forestall the outcome as a photo record alongside with JPEG.
