Everyone loves The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I think its ok. Air is really good too.

Ok You HAVE to watch Elfen Lied. Its mature rated, because of ALOT of blood and violence, and it has nudity in it once and a while. But its not hentai!!!! the only reason there is nudity in the show is to show the innocence of one of the main characters. (am i making sense?) to be brief its about this Diclonus Lucy-a mutated human- who has lost all of her previous memories of being a merciless killer beucase she was shot in the head, (she survives) and ends up living with the other main character Kouta. A diclonus is a human who has what you call vectors or invisible hands that are cabable of doing almost everything. A diclonus also has two tiny horns on their head. Lucy also ends up developing another personality when she was shot and lost all her memory.
And I think you have to watch Bleach, and DN Angel. Trinity Blood is also a good one but its really close between Bleach. Plus if your into romance/drama you HAVE!!! (repeat HAVE) to watch Peach Girl (the anime not the Asain drama).
Gundam seed as well as Yu Yu Hakisho,

I really like Naruto and FULL METAL ALCHEMIST ALOT an fruits basket alot but there is another one i really think you would like kind of like full metal but not reallly
anime: chrono crusade ( very sad ending )

I really liked the anime Death Note. I don't think it's too much like the ones you have watched, but it's still a REALLY good anime in my opinion.
