The speed vs pressure relationship depends on whether the flow is laminar or turbulent. If the flow is laminar, velocity is directly proportional to pressure, so if pressure is doubled, velocity is doubled, etc. If the flow is turbulent (most likely in blood vessels) then the velocity is proportional to the square root of pressure, so if the pressure is doubled, the velocity increases by a factor of √2.

d = v*t, so t = d/v
